*We're in a private car garage somewhere in Los Angeles, California. It's your typical car garage with tools and car parts scattered about and people working on various cars. Both Mandy Banks and her camera man Greg walk into the garage unsure if they're in the right place until they hear Maniac yell for them. They turn to see Maniac talking to one of the mechanics then heads over to meet them.*
Maniac: Welcome, I bet you're wondering why I asked you guys to meet me here huh?
*Mandy giggles*
Mandy: Hopefully it has something to do with your match against Matt Miller at Havoc.
*Maniac grins.*
Maniac: Leading to it my dear, actually I called you here because I was thinking about the trip to San Francisco. I want the trip to be fun yet comfy and privacy is a must so...
*Maniac gives a "follow me" motion to Mandy and Greg and they follow him outback where a huge bus is waiting. It's completely black with Maniacs picture on the side and the words "party bus" above it. Manaic leads them inside where they see that it's been completely decked out, from a mini bar to a flat screen TV with every game system available. In the back are the bedrooms and bathrooms and there is more than plenty of room to move about freely.*
Maniac: So, what do you think? No better way to travel am I right?
Mandy: It looks comfy
Greg: Looks awesome!
Maniac: HAHA, that's the spirit Greg. I'll tell the driver we're ready then.
*Maniac pulls out his phone and dials a number.*
Maniac: OK, Let's get going.
*Maniac hangs up and the bus roars to life before beginning to move, taking the trio to their destination. Once on the road the three are relaxing, Maniac and Mandy are sitting on a couch while Greg sits in a chair diagonally from them. After a few moments of silence Mandy speaks.*
Mandy: Are you ready Maniac?
*Maniac grins.*
Maniac: I was born ready.
*Maniac picks up a remote and pushes a button, the panels that make up the inside walls and ceiling of the bus all turn green with dollar signs floating around. The flat screen comes to life with a message that pops up reading "Cash Out with Mandy Banks." Mandy's jaw drops as she looks around, tears forming in her eyes.*
Mandy: You did this for me?
Maniac: Yeah well you know I figured a mobile studio would be perfect for an on the go, up and coming journalist such as yourself.
*Mandy wraps her arms around Maniac giving him a big hug.*
Mandy: Thank you so much!! I knew you were a good guy.
*Maniac chuckles.*
Maniac: Yeah yeah, just don't tell anyone. I have a reputation to uphold.
*Mandy laughs, playfully hitting Maniac on the arm.*
Mandy: Ok, let's get started.
*Greg gets the camera ready and both Mandy and Maniac ready themselves. They exchange a look before Greg counts down...*
------------------------------------------
On camera
Mandy: Mandy Banks here, on the first episode of "Cash out" coming to you on the HWA YouTube channel from my new mobile studio which is currently on the way to San Francisco for the return of Havoc. My guest today is the man who will be taking on the young and hungry Matt Miller, please welcome...Maniac!
*The camera pans over to Maniac who has lit a cigarette, he inhales deeply holding it there for a moment before exhaling. *
Maniac: Thank you Mandy, pleased to be here.
Mandy: So Maniac, how does it feel to not only be back in the HWA but to have a match at the returning Havoc against Matt Miller? Not only that but this Havoc is dedicated to the life and legacy of Eddie Phoenix, does that add any pressure along with the fact it's been eight years since you've last been in a ring?
*Maniac takes in the questions, thinking deeply for a moment while smoking his cigarette.*
Maniac: Well Mandy to be honest I'm both honored and scared.
Mandy: Really?
Maniac: That's right, I'm honored because it's always a privilege to be able to step into an HWA ring and it's even more of a privilege to wrestle in the memory of an athlete such as Eddie Phoenix. And I'm scared because like you said it's been eight years since I've been in a ring so yeah the doubt is there but do I listen to it? #### no I rise above it, I thrive on pressure and when comes down to it I will be ready for my match and I WILL win.
*Maniac leans back, taking another deep drag on his cigarette.*
Maniac: Which brings me to you Matthew, the date and place has been set and we are due to meet in battle. Can you feel it Matt? The anticipation of knowing that the clock is ticking and soon enough everyone is going to find out what I already know, you're not ready kid.
*Maniac laughs before hitting his cigarette again and continues.*
Maniac: You know how I know that? Because you don't know how to let go Matt, how to give in to the darkness that dwells inside you. Don't deny it, I can see it just like I can in your friend Sean. But your afraid of it, what it can do and the places it will take you. So what do you do? You bottle it up and shove deep down hoping and PRAYING that nobody will see and that it'll just go away. But I can see Matt, and it won't go away. You try so hard to fit in with them Matt, to be like them but why? They are holding you back from your true potential but fear not I will be the one to set you free. Matt this isn't going to just be a wrestling match, no this is going to be a lesson. One in which while you may hate me now, but trust me when I say you'll thank me later.
*Maniac laughs and puts his cigarette out, walking off screen laughing still as he does so. The camera pans back over to Mandy who has a look of concern on her face.*
Mandy: This has been Mandy Banks saying...good luck Matt and I'll "cash" you all later.
*The scene cuts and fades to black.*
