The Buffalo Niagara region and Hamburg, New York will be hosting the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association (NHPA) World Tournament July 14th – 26th 2014 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds and event center.
Summer in Hamburg offers many family-friendly attractions that we hope you take full advantage of while in town for the NHPA tournament! In the summer months, the Village of Hamburg offers self -guided historic walking tours. In addition, the Village of Hamburg supports is the annual Garden Walk, which is proud to be a participant in the National Garden Festival.
Also, on the third Saturday in July, Hamburg celebrates the birthplace of the hamburger with its annual tribute to the American classic during "Burgerfest". From the first Saturday in May through the first Saturday in November, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce hosts the Hamburg Farmers' Market. Young and old alike come to the market to shop for fresh local produce, flowers, meats, eggs, cheeses and homemade baked goods from our regional vendors and merchants.
