I for one can't wait to see who will come out on top in each division at the State again this year and if I am not pitching during one of the Championships, you can bet I'll want to be there spectating!
Here is another question to ponder. Who amongst those that are on the fringes of the KHPA could crack in there and there and take over that number 10 spot?
Jody Dishman will be one to watch and see what he can do on a sophomore season.
If Ricky Bell could expand upon and find his 2009 growth and focus. He has the pitch to hit that stride.
Remember Ronnie Meredith in 1994? Make a run Ronnie! Time is moving on down the road.
Greg Nalley could definitely do it but would need to commit the time and years to get it done.
In the not too distant future we already see that Tyler Howard will be on that road. He is already laying the ground work. I think Ben Webb (Hey Ben!) would be able to get in there too with the hard work needed. The Juniors just have to want to keep pitching when they hit that time to move back.
It's all more food for thought.
