My Grandmother was Anna Laura Deskins(also sometime was called just Laura) born in 1873. A reunion is held each year in her name @ Camp Mad Anthony in Huntington, WV the last weekend in July. This year you can check in on Friday 7-27 and stay till 7-30 if you wish. Ther are sleeping bunk beds for 36 people there on a first come bases. Everyone bring their own food with the reunion furnishing two Turkeys for Sunday Dinner held at 3:00Pm.
Friday evening will be visting and sandwitches.
There will be a cookout on Saturday.
