A brother Frank Blanton (born in 1885) of my grandmother Ardella Blanton married a Myrtle Salyer 25 Apr 1909. My grandmother Ardella Blanton was born in Salyersville, KY in 1889 and died in OH in 1954. That's the only info I have on Frank Blanton. Parents were James R. Blanton b. 1844) and Francis Hurley. They were married 13 Mar 1884, Magoffin County, KY. Other siblings were Lillie Blanton and Kelly Blanton. I don't know if any of this fits for your family.
