Dear Professor Holmer,
Sorry for spamming on this question, but for the first and second part of exercise 4. Are we looking at the same value $c$, since the value the first $c$ will depend on how far this set of positive measure that $f$ is non-zero is located at relative the the origin, while the second does not. If they were the same, it seems to be impossible to find such $c$ to serve as a part of the lower and upper bound due to the above reason. Thanks.
