Spring has been a lot nicer to you there than us here. The weather here has been terrible. This has been the coolest/rainiest spring I can remember. It's gotta turn sometime soon I hope. Everything is ready to explode.
If that's a ice cream banana you should try protecting the trunk this winter so you can get fruit next year. You should have a long enough growing season. I hear the fruit is fantastic.
Is there a way to identify a female windmill before it flowers? I have 3 six footers and I know the oldest one is male. I want to make seedlings next year to share with others.
I planted a banana grove in the backyard with 9 five gal. basjoos. They wern't as big as I hope for, but if they where bigger they wouldn't have fit. I'll post a picture when they get bigger.
