Yeah, the pink bananas have an awesome bright, pink color. I get them to bloom very easily. Basically just apply some regular fertilizer when they start growing in the spring and then continue with regular applications. I typically get my first bloom in early July here, and they continue after that. I leave mine in the ground all winter covered with shredded leaves. Keep the stalks on the plants until spring to add a little extra insulation. They have endured 12*F here with no problems.
