Hi Austin I couldn't resist sharing the fact that M. Sikkimensis has germinated. I just noticed today a small sprout in one of the containers about 1/2 inch tall.It looks sort of like a Canna seedling does.I planted the seeds a little over 3 weeks ago. I haven't had any luck when I tried to grow bananas from seed a couple of times in the past......so I'm really pleased. I hope others germinate,but even if they don't,...if I can keep this seedling alive it will multiply through off-sets.
