I just am letting you all know that there is a breeder in Indiana who agreed to a pup back off of a future litter to take a pup off of a litter I had at the time. Since that time it has been over a year she has not sent me a pup even though she had a litter in October and has asked to make me minimal payments for a lesser amount than a new pup would sell for. She claims she still has all her pups available but refuses to send me one or allow me to send a family member to Indiana to pick it up, I am in California.
PLMK, what you all think I should do, I do have a lawyer now but did not want it to come to that, however, I know she has done this to 2 others in the past.
