i have just done jury service at Oxford Crown Court, we could not convict the defendant because the CCTV was not good enough, it was to grainy and indistinct a picture.
Although it did prove an inconsistency in what he actually did and what he later said he did in his statements.
Here is another tip, worried about CCTV? don't be because 95% are operating illegally according to The Register Website, therefore the evidence cannot be used in court due to being inadmissable.
