I see that there has been another article in the Oxford Mail regarding the Cowley Road CCTV scheme, headlined Traders Frustrated By CCTV Delay.
Why don't they just put lots of foot patrols along the Cowley Road and loads of Patrol Cars and stop lazily relying on stupid pointless useless cameras.
In court proceedings always ask for a copy of the CCTV footage under the laws of disclosure 7 days before appearing in court.
