Have people seen the article about CCTV that was on the front cover page of the Oxford Journal Newspaper
I think it was about Wallingford Council and that they were saying about the horrendous operating costs of their CCTV cameras and that as a result they were floating the idea of whether to consider abandoning the use of cameras.
