Can I ask why the claimant and others with him did not claim their rights under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, known as PACE? I have just read the post on the subject and I have good reason to believe the POLICE may very well have breached the rules, terms and conditions on the use of PACE.
I also believe the POLICE may possibly have breached the use of the Stop and Search Laws known commonly to a lot of people as the SUS law.
