A covert ANPR van was parked on London Road today near Ramsey Road with all four wheels on the pavement, blocking a Cycle Track Lane as well with his two left side wheels.
It was a covert van, dark blue, high roof LDV Convoy Van with Orange and Yellow Chevrons on the back, very badly signed, and a camera sticking out the back above the left rear door.
It was parked in breach of the 1988 Road Traffic Offender Act.
