Further to my previous post on ANPR Vans, the same covert van was once again parked illegally on the pavement along the Marston Ferry Road on the afternoon of Thursday 19th February 2009, once more with all four wheels on the pavement.
on this occasion there was no parking bay present.
Anyone with an outstanding charge certificate to their name in connection with a Penalty Charge Notice will be flagged up with the ANPR boys for a random stop check at the roadside.
