Supposedly Crime on the Cowley Road has fallen, naturally Councillors and Police are boasting that it is the result of CCTV, I very much doubt this to be the case, it is more likely to be as a result of Police Officers being out on the ground, visibly on patrol. Crimes happen at random in clusters as any statistician worth their salt will tell you, just like road accidents happen at random in clusters for no obvious fixed reason. Crimes generally follow supply and demand of economic fluctuations.
