Cars are nothing more than Government cash machines. Appealing against fines is like telling Hitler to please stop invading other countries... At least Dick Turpin took what he wanted at the time, not mug you retrospectively and then keep doubling until the baliffs break the door down. Paranoid about cameras? Yes that is because they are out to extort money from the average citizen. Is this what we really want, a punishment society?
