I for one would not believe a word that a body like the crime and disorder reduction pratnerships say, they sound just like the Speed Camera Pratnerships who we all know have been proven to be great twisters of truth and statistics.
Bodies that basically cannot be trusted, and who are far from being impartial and independent of government. It is usually Councillors who don't know any better who demand Cameras.
