Now it seems you have to have an ID card in order to be able to buy alcohol from supermarkets, I have twice this week seen people being asked to produce their ID card.
This seems to becoming more and more prevalent.
were any CCTV cameras used to get footage of that mass brawl, or public disorder riot that happened on the cowley road that was reported in the Oxford Mail?
