Jan Bartlett does not speak for traders in the Cowley Road I think you will find, that is the job of Erica Steinhauer at Bead Games, who runs the Cowley Road Traders Association.
If you want to know the correct and true position of the Cowley Traders go ask Mrs Steinhauer.
Jan Bartlett only speaks for herself, no one else.
