In reply to Dafydd Jones on the point about casing the joint, I thought that people ought to know that most criminals burgle property within a radius of one point eight miles from their own home generally speaking. just in case people ask I got that statistic from a Television series called Beat The Burglar, it was quoted by an ex House Breaker.
Surprisingly most house burglary tends to be done during the day rather than at night. Student Houses tend to be the focus rather than family property.
