Anyone see the Oxford Mail Front page story about the knife wielding thug caught on CCTV, that made today's issue of the Oxford Mail?
I dare say the forces of law and order will be crowing about this one, probably saying something along the line of that if it hadn't have been there he wouldn't have been caught. therefore by extension and implication it works. In other words cause and effect.
