I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the idea of citizen spies watching CCTV in order to get monetary rewards as part of a so called Game. Safety and security is not something that can, or even should be, treated as a gameshow. This idea reminds me of the French Committees for Public Safety during the French revolution, when anyone could denounce anyone else on a say so.
Safety and Security should not at any time ever be placed in the hands of the public rabble.
