This idea of having the untrained public rabble spying on each other over the internet is,I would aver, illegal and wrong.
It reminds me of the Gestapo and the Stasi, it reminds me of fascist dictatorships where entire families spy on each other. We need communities to properly get to know one another, to help bring down the levels of fear and suspicion, and paranioa, and rebuild trust. Cameras are not the answer. Foot patrols and panda cars are the answer.
