In reply to Boy From Space, I didn't actually say that reporting crime was worse than committing crime, in fact it was not what I was implying either
As to Automatic Population Scanning I refer you to what I said in my post Re Daily Twaddle Reports.
Maybe I could suggest that people go and read what THE Register website has to say about CCTV, and how 95% of systems operate illegally and what The Register Website has to say about ANPR as well. I value my privacy.
