There were a number of notable moments during your visit to Pendley Theatre this year.
One of them being when a good man asked ‘Wheres the violin?’, which was very funny because there is normally a violin in the band which is played by the violinist, Rachel Bailey. When Michael had to say ‘She’s looking after baby violin’, genius, he is a very funny man as well as a base player.
Another great moment was when a man had a call of nature and had to leave the theatre, he was accompanied with his wife, when suddenly an elderly woman said, ‘I know where you’re going’, which was extremely funny and a nice bit of slapstick comedy.
Also, When can we get tickets for your next visit to Tring.
Pendley is a great theatre, I first went there in 1987 and saw a Jazz Band called ‘Easy Going’, not as good as your music though. I like the way the bricks are layed in a continuous manner and how there is Victorian architecture which is notable throughout, and it does have nice toilets! My daughter is interested in coming next time, anything to skip a evening shift at Blockbusters!
Keep up the great music and hopefully release a new album, heres any idea Queen Of Clubs? Then again, maybe not.
Many Thanks
Bob
