April 06 was the most miserable weather I have ever endured at PP. I can take some cold, and I can take some wet, but by sat. eve I was wet and cold! I sold 1/2 what I usually do, I was covered in mud,and water ran down my back and butt crack, and filled my boots. I had only enough sence of humor left to lay in the muddy water and hook chains to stuck trucks and trailers in an effort to get us all to the blacktop.
Would I do it again, HELL YES. The good folks at PP did a fabulous job, in many cases they were cold and wet too. The stressed public put a large demand on all the workers and volunteer help, and everyone at PP delivered big time!
My friends and family our looking forward to our 18th year at the best swap in the upper mid west.
