I have an old photo showing a large steam thresher in front of La Crosse Plow Company, Defiance Iowa. A large group, well dressed is standing on and around a plough attached to the thresher. In front is a guy who looks like an engineer, along with 2 well-dressed men and a woman. "Climax Corral" is left of the plow company, in the same building. Barely legible on the tool box on the thresher is ----Scott & Co. Behind the plow I see a horse hitched to a wagon. Cousin Ted doesn't recognise the thresher as having been on any of the Allmaras farms in New Rockford, ND. Any ideas?
