Is anyone out there interested in the steam tractor "Mazomanie" built by Joseph Renshaw Brown of Henderson MN? It was built to run supplies to Ft. Ridgeley but it sunk in 4 mile creek and was shot at during the Minnesota massacre...a few parts survive. I have made drawings and you can see my scale model at the Brown museum in Henderson...the actual boiler and engines survived until 1939 at a flour mlll and then the trail goes cold...if anyone is interested I have a map showing where it might still be hiding...
