I would agree there seemed to be a handful of problem drivers this year. Including the ten-year-old kid who came at me full speed, eating his ice cream, and yelling, "get out of my way!".
That said, the LSCPPA is one of the best, and strictest, in the area when it comes to motorized vehicles.
