The show was fantastic! Fine job by all.
But there is one situation that I and many others witnessed which was truly amazing to behold. The auction was just underway for about 5 minutes and the crowd was large and moving slowly. Perhaps too slowly for the driver of the auction truck nearest the parking field. His frustration for the elderly man in front of him overtook his moral judgment or driving skill level and he decided that he would just "bump" the old-timer into moving. We all stood there with open mouths as the guy balanced on one leg, almost on the verge of tipping over, then recovering at the last moment after being given the truck front bumper treatment for his lack of speed.
After he recovered his balance, all eyes immediately went to the driver who was busily waving his hand from side to side signaling for the inconsiderate customer to get out of the way.
I think it would be in your interest to investigate the situation further. Worst case would have been a broken hip and a pummeled driver with glorious litigation following closely behind.
Like I said initially, it was a great show otherwise. The family band sounded fantastic, the ice cream was cold and the parade was great, then the tractors, oh the tractors.. must bring sunblock next time.
See you next year.
