Golf cart & safety

I think it is great that golf carts are allowed; your own or rented. I would like to see a small change made concerning safety. If the carts are driven after dark that they have some type of light or at least reflectors on them. Pioneer Power is a great event & I would hate to see an accident ruin the fun.
