I have a nephew who has his journeyman boiler's license, but would like to get a MN steam engine certification. He went to the steam school in Edgerton, WI last year and passed their certification test, but unfortunately it doesn't count in MN. Rollag is full for this year already, but he is on the waiting list if someone cancels. The next step toward certification is working with and on steam engines directly. I'm wondering if anyone there with a steam tractor/engine could use some help, and in that he could earn hours toward the 50 hour minimum that the state requires. Thanks
