I ran across these very small ancors for concrete that I thought people might want for strong strength and for building safety as they are very small in depth. They hold over 2000 lbs and are less than 3/4" and are sold for 33 cents at Pearl Hardware on NW Glisan and 14th or 15th.
I know we are not supposed to roto hammer the building and the city says 3/4" is the deepest you can go in our cable supported ceiling/floor but if people are going to do it anyway with no regard to the rules here's a safer way to stay under that 3/4" depth and have safe support. The older ancors also eventually come out with vibration becuase two hard objects don't work well together vs these chemical ancors that can handle vibration.
