We will be new residents of The Plaza after a major remodel is completed around April 1st. We have watched and looked at condos in Portland for the last 4 plus years and felt The Plaza offered what we wanted in location, value, etc. I feel that Portland Plaza owners have a real opportunity to increase the value of our property with a new entrance. The present one really dates the building, especially the sign. With the building of the new motel across and the construction of the Cyan, which will offer many start up condos according to The Oregonian, we have an audience of potential buyers that we need to impress. I feel that a new entry would be a giant step in that direction.
