Welcome to the "Run the Arb" message board. This is the place to be for the latest running news, gossip and rumors from around the state of West Virginia. This is designed to be a fun place for everyone to come to talk about running and what's going on around the state. Hopefully we can get some good runners on here giving insight and advice on training for those who are interested. I don't believe in censoring things so there will probably be posts that aren't suitable for all ages (or temperaments). I do however believe in treating each other with respect and I'm hoping that you guys will at least abide by that.
