Looks like they're moving the race 50 minutes up the road. Some teams appear to have left already and will not be racing.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Today’s Penn State National Cross Country Invitational has been canceled because of inclement weather in the State College, Pa. area.
Several teams have decided to compete this afternoon at Lock Haven.
At 2 p.m. the women will run at 6K followed by a men’s 8K race at 2:45 at Lock Haven’s West Branch Cross Country course.
A tentative list of competing teams is listed below.

West Virginia
Slippery Rock
East Stroudsburg
IUP
Rider
Cortland
Cornell
Stony Brook
