Neely Spence is one of the best runners in college. It doesnt matter if she is D2. HEr dad (Steve Spence) is her coach at Shippensburg. 3rd place at worlds in the marathon in 1991. So from your logic she sucks cause she is D2 and Scott Bauhs of chico State, now Adidas, sucks (National champ while at chico state and 27:48 10k in college)
