"The Rumor Mill"

So I have heard through the grape vine that Morgantown is getting a new runner? Kari Selin? I'm pretty sure he was with them earlier in the season but something happened making him ineligible to run. Is he allowed to be running at regionals, considering he hasn't participated in any meets this year? He could possibly interfer with teams such as University or Preston making it to states. I just don't see how it is fair for him to just now start running for Morgantown. However, like the subject puts it, its just a rumor. Can anyone give a correct statement concerning this situation?
