How can a coach tell kids to do whatever it takes? Yes the race was on his home course but that only meant they should have showed respect to the people visiting their campus. The fact is Burcham has gotten by with his way of racing all season and nothing was done so I am very glad that someone finally stood up for themselves against him. Coach Parsons if you want your team to get respect then try teaching them what it means and to be sportsmanlike. If they can't win a race on their talent that's fine but they shouldn't be allowed to hinder someone else's chances of winning just because they and you are sore losers!!!
