Did Jeff Qual. In 92 & where was the south region held! Jeff was one of the Most dedicated runners I knew back in the early 90's! It would be hard to find a better runner who came through HHS history ( maybe Jeff Adkins) He was definitely Ferg's best over 30 years!!
