Would you believe my dog ate the copies! Can I just turn in the original form?
◦ I promise I will bring my current Blockbuster Membership card to submit with my entry.
◦ I promise I will submit a copy of my birth certificate or U.S. Passport with my entry as proof of age (I don't have a Driver's Licenses - failed learners test 8 times in a row)
◦ I promise I am a U.S. citizen, and that I am in good standing with the WV Flyers.
I will even bring a baptismal certificate, library card, and give a urine sample. Please let me run!
Oh, I almost forgot, is the meet still on for tomorrow?
