There are only a few things missing, but this is awesome. I will only speak for myself when I say this, but in high school and my first 2 years of college when this was a weekly thing, the element of competitiveness definitely was NOT lacking. It created awesome rivalries and storylines. People were aware of what was going on outside of their little circle.
I'd like to be the first to acknowledge that my training partner (and part time turd) Josh Simpson is racing a 10k this coming weekend at the Payton Jordan Invitational (Stanford), and if I were a betting man, I'd put my money on the WV-All-Time record falling to his performance.
