28:12 has to rank as one the very elite performances from a West Virginia distance runner. I don't think folks are giving this race by Josh enough credit. Simpson is the best runner in West Virginia. Sure, Burcham is great but is about 6 seconds away from qualifying for the Eugene Olympic Trials. He is young and fast but on the big scale, Josh is the best is such a long time. Al the runners in WV can learn from Josh.
