Funny you should ask...
These previews use the stats from milesplit. They also assume that everyone is running every event they can (which will not happen), and that no one is injured (which is not true). The number in parenthesis to the left is the number of projected at-large bids for that event in that region. The time in parenthesis to the right is the projected time of the last overall at-large qualifier. There are mistakes.

As usual, Region I is loaded and should take all the at-large individual spots. Region IV has an outside shot at one of the 1600 spots. Ten years ago, 12:21 got you All-State... now 11:50 might not get you to States.
