Water, Roots, and Rocks = tough rawrrawrrawr!

I just found out that the AA Region 1 cc meet will be held at Doddridge. I heard that it's course has a stream crossing or two. Can someone verify this for me? Running through cold water in 40 degree weather one week before the State Meet sounds like one hell of a good idea. Also, a great cross country course will have myriad opportunities to sprain ankles and knees.
