I do feel the constant pacing by a GPS watch could be perceived as an unfair advantage. These are getting pretty small now and if they want to avoid the GPS there should be a ban on all watches. I've always thought the ban on watches was silly though. Region II at Poor House Farm had a creek crossing. Region II at Elkins this year will have OMG 2 creek crossings! Real men and women run at Elkins!
