Actually, even though it's been awhile since updated, this list is still a work in progress. Some of the events, particularly the 1000 & 3000 Steeple, have not been run by many of the better runners over the years, thus a smaller number of quality times in these events. When completed this month probably a minimum standard will be selected for each event, no matter how many, or how few have run the particular times; although the original goal was to indentify the Top 25 in each event.
