i think we should set up some sort of first meeting for december sometime before cristmas when every can request off but we need to decide the date to make sure everyone can get off that day. an agenda can be event dates and just a plain introduction day for everyone to get to gether and know each other.we should spare no formality for the first meeting.you know go through all the steps.and....... then ?
